The July edition pulled more than 15,000 homeowners through the door in three days. Organiser IDLah is bringing HomeFest back to Suntec as HomeFest 2.0 from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 September 2026, this time in a larger hall: Hall 405, Level 4.
Hours are 10am to 8pm daily. This is still an RSVP event — no walk-ins. The first 700 tickets are free; after that, tickets are listed at $47 (excl. GST). Register at homefest.com.sg.
What is new versus July
HomeFest 1.0 (24–26 July, Hall 403) introduced the format: only CaseTrust-accredited, HDB-licensed interior designers, a capped crowd so consultations are not a scrum, and a prize pool large enough to make the RSVP worth doing even if you are still collecting keys. 2.0 scales that up.

The Suntec listing also flags show-only ID package pricing, hourly brand flash deals, celebrity stage appearances and a complimentary gift pack for every registered homeowner.
Who it is for
BTO key collection, HDB resale upgrades, condo and landed renovations. Bring a floor plan on your phone if you have one. Kids are welcome — the organisers are running a family zone so parents can sit with designers.
