Twilight: Flea and Feast is back at Suntec Singapore for the third time this year, 11 to 13 September 2026, noon to 10pm daily. Admission is free. The official calendar puts it in Level 4, Halls 401 to 403, which is the school-holiday weekend after COMEX packs up. Organiser Adi Media is running more than 50 halal F&B stalls and 200-plus retail booths. If you only have one convention-floor plan this month, this is the noisy food one.
What to eat in Halls 401 to 403
Ahboy.com published a booth list for this September edition. Use it. June coverage from Eatbook is useful for flavour, not for this month's map. The stalls that are actually listed for 11-13 September include:

Drinks sit at the edges: Jom Teh Tarik at 003, Offday Coffee at 004, Broti at 039, Teh-Ohh x Tebuuuu at 002, Repeat Order at 032, The Halal Bartender at 045. If you are coming from the mall, walk up to Level 4 from the convention atrium rather than hunting for a basement food court that is not this event.
Retail, kids, and the hall mix-up
The Suntec listing is blunt about the rest of the floor: handmade crafts, vintage, modest fashion, health and beauty. Ahboy's September vendor sheet names Hayaa by Hamidah, Twnty tulips, Rahimah Collection, Zuri Abaya, Aisha Wong jewellery, Qamara Perfumes, Calla Me, and Safaa Safiyyah Publication for children's books. Instagram posts this week from @twilightfeast keep adding names, so treat the printed list as a starting grid, not a closed catalogue.
Family programming is the same formula Twilight has used since 2017: live music, indoor movie screenings, bouncy castles, balloon sculpting, face painting. The September dates line up with MOE school holidays, which is why the halls will feel denser after 4pm.
One fact to pin down before you walk in. Twilight's own site still cycles older 2026 dates, and a 3 September Instagram post said Halls 401 and 403. The venue calendar, Ahboy, and Adi Media all say Halls 401-403, Level 4, 12pm-10pm. Trust the venue. Public Garden sits next door in Halls 405-406 on Saturday and Sunday only, 1pm-7pm, so you can do both without leaving the floor.
COMEX ends 6 September. Twilight opens five days later. The convention centre will still smell faintly of gadget foam. Eat first, then decide if you still have legs for Public Garden.
