This store has different promotions from most other BB stores, specifically in Suntec nearby. I found the promotions to be rather worthwhile and have visited twice to make purchases here. The selection may be smaller and more limited compared to other stores, however.
On my visit on 19th July, I waited for a long time to get help from the sales representative as there was only one staff on duty but a large influx of customers. The representative, Julie, was extremely patient, helpful, and friendly despite the large volume of customers requiring her help.
After a while, a second representative returned, presumedly after her break. I would like to suggest to BB’s management in ensuring adequate manpower present on days with higher footfall such as weekends and public holidays to provide a better experience for customers. Overall, I highly recommend this store for their service and available promotions.
