Yaslynn from Marina Square has helped me a lot. Firstly, she is very friendly and polite. Secondly, she resolved an issue that caused misunderstanding between my husband and I. When I told her that I have went to Bendemeer outlet and the mattress costs $742 instead of $782, she took the initiative to call and double check with Bendemeer staff to get an explanation for me. I have called Bendemeer outlet slightly before her and asked the price but was questioned by the staff several times “Did I take photo that day when I went down?” She said the price was $782 and did not explain further. Thanks to Yaslynn proactive and great customer service, I understand that it was due to National Day promotion and the discount has ended on 10 Aug which I’m not aware of. I keep thinking I heard wrongly and was my mistake. She apologised even though not her mistake. I felt much better that I know what really happened. I am thankful and recommend her to anyone buying from King Koil. Thanks Yaslynn!
