Called and requested for JPY, rates are competitive. Friendly and helpful, they agreed to wait for me to travel down before closing the shop! Gave me some useful info as well. Would definitely go back!

I am so glad to find this place. Service is good, rates are good, location is central and accessible. Most importantly, they have new notes of most currencies; very important criteria of my dad. Will come back again.

Horrible. Don’t want to take my money they said DIRTY. How come money is clean. Not advisable to go.

I went looking everywhere for TWD as it was still the New Year period. The friendly staff at the counter informed us that stocks we're coming in at a later time and asked us to leave our contact number for her to inform us when the stocks are here. The staff was apologetic even though they had no control of the situation as they had to wait for the banks. We are appreciative that the rates we're competitive and the staff called and updated us once the stocks we're ready.

Extremely insincere, unprofessional, no respect for people's time. Wanted to change Taiwan dollars, shop ask us to wait for 2hrs, we waited, when we went back they told us another 45mins, so we waited. And when we went back again, told us need another 30mins. In total waited for about 3hrs. Just stringing us along with no intention, unacceptable practice.

Went on a thursday afternoon, no queue at all. Lady at the counter was very nice and assistive. Exchanged sgd to yen with pretty good rates (1 SGD = 100.20 Yen) Won't mind travelling until this far again to exchange money.
