Topped up $10 + $0.50service fee for my ezlink card, received receipt but card wasn't topped up. Cashier claim she doesn't know how to use the new machine. Told me to come the next day(Sunday) to see the manager and refuse to refund. Very poorly trained staff,bad customer service. Why even receive my money when you aren't sure??!!

Just outside of marina square...really good location and easy access... the bad thing is that they don’t sell alcoholic drinks from 10:30pm until 7:00am... the good think Is that they are 24/7 open so it’s perfect for midnight snacks or soft drinks....

I was already late for class and needed to buy a snack but the cashier is not even around. Said that they will be back at 10:27am but is still not there at 10:33am. How is this a convenience store when it's far from convenient? I am appalled by this management and empty promises. Please make the necessary amendments.

Counter staff disappear. No one attending to the shop. Counter lady staff attitude needs to be improved. This is not my first time experience. As a reputable shop. Is either get it improve immediately or close down. Sorry for being hashed.

Daily visitor to this 7-11 branch. No complain what so ever. They have good stuff and staff. I saw some complain in the comments, but I go here really everyday & never had any problem... They also always have discounted stuffs everyday, drinks or snacks. LOL who can reject a good bargain.
