Exchange rate on the board is not the same as rate quoted verbally. This is so wrong and unethical. The man simply shows a notice saying he will quote lower rate for anything below SGD300. That means no regulation or check and balance. The authorities should look into this practice.

If I can give 0 stars I would. The TV display showed Sgd to HKD 5.76, I asked to exchange Sgd 100, the counter staff said the rate is for sgd300 and above only. He offered 5.60 LOL. Beware of the cut throat money changer, and by all means don't waste your time coming here.

The rate seems change on the fly in matters of one hour when I visited on weekend despite the currency market should have stopped and when I decided to change it I was told a different rate and the younger man didn’t even show me computation first till I insist. Not really honest dealing I feel.
