Went to the ECCO Store @ Suntec City & Mei Leng took great care of us. Great product knowledge and able to cross sell leather care products as well. We ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes because of her excellent sales technique. Will definitely come back.

Visited Ecco at Suntec City to search for a comfy pair of work shoes. Fitri was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Got upsold but didn’t feel pressured at all (which is the mark of a great salesman). 10/10 would come back in the future. Great shoes and even greater service!!
