I love this brand of shoes. They are beautiful, comfortable and functional. However I was disappointed by the service - or the total lack thereof - when I stepped into the store. I was completely ignored by the staff who was yakking with a friend non-stop on the phone, disregarding customers.

You cannot return or exchange the shoes with any wear. If you put your new shoes on at home to test the size, they will not take them back.
