I have attended every F1 Night Race Singapore. This year I decided to get the cheapest tix, a one day walkabout. When I checked in at gate 3B, I emptied my pockets and placed it on a basket and was thoroughly frisked head to toe by a not-so-friendly security personnel. He was particularly thorough with a local like me while I saw some international students just breezed thru. Not to let it spoil my day, I take it as he’s just doing his job. Aside from the heavy rain,muddy fields and sneakers, I enjoyed the concert very much,foods and drinks, and able to take many photos of the race cars. And I can see many people, tourists and foreigners, international students, and one security personnel vaping away all around the event. Amazing. Truly amazingz.
