I just came by to use my Starbucks gift card. The customer service is really good. Shoutout to Saz (I forgot the name) there was a star at the end of their name tag. He's really cool guy. 10/10 will grab sugars again.

Nothing but a pleasant experience here! The staff was super friendly and even wrote a handwritten message knowing it's a cake bought for a friend! Really impressed!

Starbucks at Marina Square is located at Level 2. Don't be deceived by the small front as there are more seatings behind the counter. The coffee is consistent across the branches and merchandises are displayed at the side. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Nice area to chill and relax with a cup of coffee/tea/snacks:).

Baristas not paying attention even with zero cue and got my orders wrong and I had to forfeit 1 drink as I was rushing for time. Complacent service! How is compensating to give the free bag any worthy replacement of the value of a venti latte??
