Terrible wait time at this location. Was advised about 30 minutes wait time when there was 7 customers ahead of me. After waiting 40 minutes, there was still 5 customers ahead. At 1:50pm there is only one single teller working at the counter. No sight of other tellers as all other desks we're empty. Unbelievable.

I went there weekday afternoon, 5pax before, waiting half hour reached me. Then counter told me here is limited branch, not all banking services provided here, ask go others branches.
