I haven’t purchased anything at the store (yet). I enjoyed walking around and looking at their various display sets and arrangements. They have a great range from living room, bedroom and kitchen. I liked that they don’t have Sales staff follow you around and you are free to roam.

Good service and a lot demo units to try. Pricing is too high however, way above US price and many other region. Warranty terms seems to be good, they get you the replacement parts from HM and you can either DIY or ask for technician’s help. But they will reject second handed products.
