This store has different promotions from most other BB stores, specifically in Suntec nearby. I found the promotions to be rather worthwhile and have visited twice to make purchases here. The selection may be smaller and more limited compared to other stores, however.
On my visit on 19th July, I waited for a long time to get help from the sales representative as there was only one staff on duty but a large influx of customers. The representative, Julie, was extremely patient, helpful, and friendly despite the large volume of customers requiring her help.
After a while, a second representative returned, presumedly after her break. I would like to suggest to BB’s management in ensuring adequate manpower present on days with higher footfall such as weekends and public holidays to provide a better experience for customers. Overall, I highly recommend this store for their service and available promotions.

Visited the Marina Square outlet today to purchase a gift and had a great experience. Julie and her assistant provided excellent customer service—Julie was especially patient and offered helpful suggestions from the BB range of Polo colours, which made choosing the right gift much easier.

Omg the product is excellent and great value. Julie and Den we're so helpful, just ask for help.. I bought the 2 suits with shirts deal.. amazing bundle.. the price? You must go and find yourself, but you will not be disappointed. Excellent experience.

Staff Den provided attentive and fantastic service during our visit to the Marina Square location this evening.
Den introduced us to the available pants and offered helpful tips on how to care for white pants. We we're so pleased that we ended up purchasing 3 pairs all at once! What a great experience! The lady cashier was extremely friendly too!
