Quick service and solid drinks at this Koi The location, although it lacks the atmosphere of some of the more stylish Koi The locations. Seasonal drink when I visited last was strawberry milk, which was nothing special yet simultaneously completely on point.

SERVICE MEMBER IN THE MEMBER WAS VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMER. STORE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 10PM BUT THE MALE STAFF WAS RUDE WHEN I WANT TO ORDER AT 9:05PM. DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE STANDARDS. I FREQUENTLY PATRONISED THIS STORE MANY TIMES AND THIS THIS STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE

Very good bubble tea and coffee from a mall shop. The bubble tea is balanced well with the condensed milk and the flavor choices are varied and good. The staff is friendly and quick. A very refreshing treat on a hot day exploring Singapore.

Ordered a few cups of drinks via GrabFood and one of the drinks came with a little suprise of A STRAND OF HUMAN HAIR. Obviously this place have a very big Food Hygiene Issue. I tried to rectify the problem here by calling into the outlet, but the person on the other end don't seems to be able to understand me telling him that there's a strand of HAIR in my drink. So if you would like something special like someone elses HAIR in your drink then just feel free to order from this outlet. I have tried many other outlets, and they don't seem to have this problem of having someone's else hair in the drink.
