Visited few weeks back thru Mobile order but the store served all the store orders before mobile orders. What's the point of mobile order if I need to wait so long? Then today ordered at the store. 3rd in the queue but waited for 10 mins. After ordering, waited for another 15 mins. Very slow…

Always very kind patient staff manning the counter who would give suggestions & create to specific requirements. A fairly fast service & calm outlet. located relatively close to mall door near Promenade MRT and don’t have to walk full stretch of MW long corridor 😂😅. Meidi-ya is on the other end. Like the variety of options Koi has - whether is the juicy, clean, refreshing juice/tea, or the milky, love proper dark Cacao Barry too 😍Menu is well-marked in healthier choice etc! & as always rotations of special flavours are cool Special shout out to a decent bubble tea bag 🧋 & straw height depth that keeps it clean, & not getting in the way of handle, but also for easy drinking 😂😅
