I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service provided. I sent my suit for dry cleaning on 2nd May, with a promised collection date of 8th May. Not only was it not ready on the agreed date, but to my surprise, I was informed that the suit was only sent out for dry cleaning on the 8th of May itself—six days after I handed it over. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. There were no calls, no messages, and no updates at all, despite being given a specific collection date. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when commitments are made and not honoured.

I had a great experience at May Tailor and Laundry. I dropped 2kg for wash and fold for 20SGD. They were so nice and customer friendly. My clothes all came back squeaky clean and neatly folded within less than 24 hours. I can highly recommend this place!

My shirts were not Ironed despite I asked for wash & iron for my shirts and paid $60 for it. When I asked why they were not ironed, the lady was unfortunately quite rude and started shouting. I do not recommend.
