A horrible Chinese woman altered my pants, which I bought from Shanghai Tang. They should have been shortened to ankle length instead of almost touching the floor, which is so different from the measurement. I also found creases after the alteration—thumbs down for her work.

Very friendly and professional. We had 10.5kg load done in about 24 hrs. Make sure you check your laundry, we have quite a few pieces of clothing missing and didn’t notice until a few days later. It’s probably too late for me to go back and ask about it. My fault for not checking.
