Never had any good experiences with Samsonite sales. Been to Tampines mid year and recently to Marina Sq. Staff doesn't seems friendly or interested to sell.

Very good, durable product but price is high. Would have bought more bags for my wife and kids had the price been lower.

Great customer service provided by Ms Yen Hoo from Marina Square outlet. Friendly and provided clear information on warranty. She was patient and even tried to get warehouse to send me a new piece when I commented the bag has a slight "dented" look but eventually I'm ok with it. This is what CS should be. Helpful and making the whole purchase experience a good one. Highly recommended to look for her if you need Samsonite products.

Excellent service from Sandri @ Marina Square outlet. Called a few days ago to enquire on the different models and visited today in-person to compare the weight and capacity and design of the models. Sandri is very knowledgeable about the differences between the large range of Samsonite products (from luggages to hand carries to backpacks) and very warm, helpful and friendly. She stands out as one of the best service staff I have met in many months, across retail and F&B and even hotels.
