Bad service from Ms Gemma from Samsonite Marina Sq outlet. Went personally to ask on warranty on Samsonite haversack but did not provide on what part of the bag is covered and what is not covered. Left my HP but no one called. Seephotos posted on rusty met ring n torn cloth near zip.

Best service ever. I'd buy Samsonite bags here if I were in Singapore. Both gentleman and lady in the store were kind and informative. The clerk even advised tourists tax refund.

Excellent customer service, salesman was friendly and helpful. Was looking to purchase at TUMI at first but Samsonite customer service was way better at Marina Bay in Singapore. No regrets! 😊 …
